The Maury

This deep red wine with macerated fruits, cocoa and roasting flavours is exclusively made from Black Grenache Noir.

It distinguishes itself as a perfect match for chocolate lovers. You may also serve Maury with red fruit desert or as aperitif.

Tasting temperature : 14° C to 16° C





Soil : Limestone marls on very dry soils

Grape varieties : Black Grenache. 60 years old vine

Production per hectare : Less than 20 hl/ha

Vine growth : Short cut


Method of vinification : Total destemming, thermo regulation, fortification on pomace, 40 days long maceration

Maturing : 1 year in tanks then 1 year in oak casks

Alcohol by volume : 16% by vol.
